Training

Our associates are expected to become persuasive legal personalities, not just administrators. That’s why we offer a structured training concept – WENDELSTEIN WORKSHOPS, known as WS2. Working intensively with various partners, our associates become familiar ON THE JOB with different working styles and areas of activity. You aren’t tied to a single field of law or work with individual partners. This allows you to develop your own style and, over time, to deliberately discern your main areas of professional interest. At the same time, we actively promote the development of specialized knowledge in the fields in which we practice.

We offer our associates a wide variety of training and continuing education at the highest technical level:

  • In-house continuing education events on key areas of commercial law are held during lawyers’ lunches every two weeks.
  • A knowledge of English appropriate to the areas in which we practice is indispensable for our day-to-day work. That's why you’ll receive individualized intensive training during in-house courses.
  • In-house seminars on accounting and balance sheet analysis guarantee that our employees have the necessary economic knowledge to fulfill our clients’ high expectations.
  • Seminars on soft skills, such as negotiating and rhetoric, round out our training concept.
