NFON AG (NFON), a leading European provider of integrated cloud business communication, continues to push ahead with its transformation strategy and has, in a rapidly changing market environment dominated by the disruption of artificial intelligence (AI), acquired all shares in botario GmbH (botario)
botario is an innovative technology company specialized in the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions for business communication. With a strong focus on speech processing and efficient automation, botario offers customized AI solutions that help companies optimize their business processes and automate their communication workflows.
The acquisition strengthens NFON's know-how and expands its solution portfolio to include the application of artificial intelligence for modern business communication solutions. At the same time, synergies provide additional impetus to the company's course towards profitable growth.
Patrik Heider, Chief Executive Officer of NFON, comments: "botario is a profitable and rapidly growing company. The acquisition marks our entry into the world of AI. This opens up numerous attractive opportunities for NFON to accelerate our growth while continuing to boost our profitability. For NFON, this is our signal to start further developing AI-supported business communication and to once again push ahead with digitalization!"
